Thoughts: This is not your average salsa verde. The lime juice and vinegar add a nice refreshing, citrusy and tangy flavor. It’s also got a nice savory flavor from the poblanos garlic and onions. Last but not least, a little bit of heat with the jalapeño and scotch bonnets. Salsa Verde is usually very mild. This is still on the milder side but it’s spicier than most salsa verdes with the added scotch bonnets. An awesome combination of flavors. It really enhanced my huevos rancheros. I will continue to buy anything that Bauce Sauce makes because he does not disappoint! He definitely knows what he’s doing when it comes to flavor combinations! If you trust my taste buds at all you will get Bauce Sauce ASAP! All of them! Get the 4 oz combo pack to try them all!
